You know I never realized Justin Blackmon was only 6'1, that dude played like he was 6'6. Just goes to show you don't have to be 6'3 or taller to be a good or great wide out, but you do need a qb to deliver the passes...

"I gave Shep 3 years. I'm done listening to the pitch, much less wanting to be sold on him. He was Mr. Invisible for the most part even after he came back from the suspension."

You mean it was in fact ok to give up on Jefferson after 3 similar unproductive years?

I have hope for Shep still. Even after missing the first quarter of the season due to NCAA acting a fool, he still caught 4 TD passes. That's pretty good for a #3 WR on a team that runs the ball A LOT.

LSU has always had a lot of talented receiver, and this year is no exception. OBJ, Landry, Avery Johnson and others are all capable, but it depends on whether Met ends up having a go to receiver or distributes his passes evenly.

False. If he would've gone to Oregon he would be a Heisman candidate.

I say Landry. He'll be the deep threat and I think of him as a more physical Randle. Our PA was great last year and with a big arm like Mett, we'll see a few 50+yd TDs

if he only throws 2500yds I could see Landry with 1000 of em.

Landry is his go-to guy...re-watch the spring game and you will notice this. Future of LSU Football dynamic duo!
