Certain packages, 3rd and long or obvious pass plays bc he should prove to be an elite pass rusher under aranda who will continue to develop and ultimately replace delpit after he leaves

Pretty sure Stevens was starting opposite of Delpit in the spring game and Harris/Cam Lewis we with the 2s. I don’t think Monroe has been healthy in like a year and a half
