They must be real tired for his 18 carries.

Vision / cuts and speed. He also looks to avoid contact where Ware and Hilliard seek it. Ford just runs out of bounds.
Justin Vincent as a freshman was the last back we had that could truly breakaway, as shifty, and had an extra gear. I know he flaked out, but his freshman year he was an amazing back.

I agree.
He does all his work at the end of games.
Ware is so invaluable because of his ability to pound the defenses face in the whole game. Then Ford stretches them out. Then Hill comes in a delivers the knockout blow.
It has to take so much out of those LBs and DLs to tackle Ware for the first 2 quarters. He delivers hits more than he receives.
Hill will be a good one.

Vision and the ability to explode and accelerate through the available running lanes.

How has no one mentioned this yet....he is fresh. The other guys played the first 5 games and he didn't.
He's playing better than they did at the start of the season.

Best answer so far is he was sired by a Mack Truck

he's the serpentor-like combo of the other backs. doesn't mind contact like ware and keeps legs moving, has almost hilliard size, and has vision of blue (vision was why blue was early season starter).
he also cuts well, has great agility for his size. i think once out in open, he and blue have similar speed. looks great inside or outside of tackles. i have to say, i didn't know he was going to be this good this early.

I noticed he is very good at staying behind his blockers and letting them do their job before he busts out
