Went to the BB game Saturday and was pleasantly surprised...

by the talent on this years team. O'bryant(6'9" freshman)will be at LSU a very short time ! He's GOOD and a point guard, Hopkins, I think, also looked good. The 7 foot transfer from Iowa St will be a big up grade and has a nice shot. Another freshman, #32, forgot his name will also be very good. I know it was Nichols St, but they looked talented, much more so than past years. Looking forward to this year for the first time in a while.

I don't think there is any way we could get worse. Hopefully we are competitive this year.

Who is Hopkins? I think you mean Hickey.
and the other freshman is Isaac. Hickey And Johnny O are already 2 of our top 3 players along with Turner. We have 3 legit SEC players this year. Should be fun.

If O'Bryant stays for his sophmore year and we sign Ricardo Gathers to go with Malik Morgan (Who is already signed) I think we would have a team with Sweet 16 potential next season
