Other than two head scratching losses against Mizzou and OU, they have 3 top 15 victories and 2 close losses to FSU and Moo State. Maybe this will get Nikki one more year!

She could always coach, but couldn’t recruit. Her teams seem to get better as the season progresses. If she’s doing well this early, they might be pretty good by tournament time.

They've had some nice wins but they are also capable of losing to teams like Missouri
Their shooting percentage from foul line and outside shooting will keep them from making any decent run in NCAA tourney

She can coach a team to play hard much of the time and to play good defense much of the time.
One of the main issues I have had with her is the poor recruiting over a large part of her tenure.
Also, her teams tend to shoot the ball from the outside poorly and shoot free throws poorly. There is a definite lack of improvement in shooting form in players (e.g. Moncrief).
Although some of her teams have made the tourney, most of these teams have not progressed to the second weekend.
