Noot already has 24 pitches. Think he is planned to go 4 or 5 innings max. So who comes in next?

Depends on the score. If we are up really big, we can pitch anyone.

Not really, I think if we go 3 scoreless then they can put someone else in. No problem with working a few guys with a 3 run lead or more.
