As far as jobs go in the SEC, I think in no particular order Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, and Texas A&M should be top five...Auburn at 6, Tennessee, Missouri, and S Carolina 7 - 9. Arkansas, Ole Miss, and State 10-12, Kentucky 13, and Vandy 14. Nationally, I would say 5-10 for LSU now and in 2005.

You shouldn't need them if you're so sure that Miles loses to Notre Dame.

You want to go back to the season where Miles had to play the recruits from the 2005 class that Saban fricked over for him?

Why not go back to 2005 when Miles took over the program?

Oh my god you are so full of excuses... BUT WAIT I thought Miles is a great coach for being able to win a title in 2007 with Sabans players????

But I guess not.... However. Miles had a shitload of players HE recruited on that 2008 team. I guess you conviently forget this huh...........

How many of them were seniors? Or is senior leadership not important in college football?

Shiiiiiiiiiit. Name me five other programs with our budget, the number of athletes in their state (per capita), and only one program (in essence) that competes for said recruits.

What does this have to do with anything.... IF Miles was such a great recruiter and tant watcher why didn't he play HIS players....

BTW. The 2008 team had a lot more issues than just talent.. Miles lost that team. They were not focused in many games and his GREAT choice to have dual DC'S was brilliant. WTG LES...........

You don't think senior leadership can provide direction or focus for young players?

That depends on the coach... With all the RP crap going on in 2008 that team was a lost cause.. I went to plenty of games that year and the SWAGGER was gone... Sorry THATS on the coach... You blaming Seniors is your attempt to slam Saban again......

BUT IF you want to blame Saban for LSU'S 2008 season you have to give him credit for the 2007 NC. You can't have it both ways........

So the correct course would have been to keep the cancer on the team?

I give Les the credit for putting together the best season he could given what was on his roster.

Saban didn't coach LSU in 2007.

Of course LSU was a top 5 job back in 2005, LSU just won a title in 03, And we landed the number 1 recruiting class in 2003 and number 2 in 2004.

I think there's confusion between job and program. LSU was in a position for better future success than what they had at the time, making it a better job than a program.

You realize how many chances RP got???? YES that affected the whole team... The attitude was that hey if he can get away with shite why can't we............

LSU had some SERIOUS STUD seniors on that 2007 team.... But again. We won't give Saban any credit..

But you blame his recruits [seniors] for the 2008 season????

You are pathetic...........
