Lowery's lawyer said he was never at the bar and showed up later to pick up a friend

Lowery's lawyer, who is also representing three other victims, stated that his clients weren't in the bar. That they were there to pick up a friend.

Do y'all think if you distort the truth enough, that the evidence against JJ will just disappear?

Wait. So he's wearing white in the bar then changed. Doubtful. Innocent.

Lowery, his female friend and a grainy video that I can't tell who did what appear to be all they have. I would have thought they had DNA, but the DNA was not available when they made the arrest, so they is not a factor.

Ahh. So ten people collectively decided to break the law by lying to the cops by falsely accusing JJ?

Can't wait to hear you explanation for that.

Like roaches coming out of the woodwork in this thread.
I'll remember and ignore them after this case shits the bed.
When they tout their love for LSU, call them out for throwing one of our own under the bus before he's convicted, or even arrested in many cases.

What part of "let the legal process run its course" didn't you understand, and I'll try to explain it slower? Would all of you be fretting about the slowness or lack of whatever it is you're bitchng about if it was Antonio Moss being accused? What about Josh Johns? Better yet, how about supporting the players not accused of anything trying to prepare for a highly ranked opponent on a national stage? If any of his constitutional rights were violated I'm sure the highest profile criminal attorney in the state will be able to prove it to the court. Until he gets his day in court I'd rather expend my energy on the ones taking the field in 3 days.

apparently arrest for felony aggravated battery is common, the Jefferson Parish EP Director has been charged with felony assult that did not involve a physical fight – the person making the complaint claims he rolled over her foot while attempting to park the vehicle he was driving

I got charged with simple battery for being in the car when someone else threw about a handful of flower at a guy jogging around the lakes. The jogger called the cops and said it was an ash tray, and everyone in the car was charged and summonsed.

Guy dropped the charges about a week later, but yeah, I don't put much credence in the charge itself based on personal experience. The cops had zero evidence and a lying accuser, and they still issued the arrest.
