This narrative is such bullshite and ND knows it. I'm tired of their stupid arse fans lying about it. If they gave him resources, why did Elko leave for TAMU to do the same DC job one year after he worked at ND? How we going to lie like they were spending money for transfer portal guys before he left? No, they gave Freeman all the resources he needed.

People here i know hate Kelly, but the truth is ND was not doing what it should be doing as a program before he left. They even talked about this last year during the season.

ND doesnt have the talent LSU has...ND never gets a QB talent like Joe Burrow or Jayden Daniels. Back in the day they did with Theismann and Montana but not in todays college football. Give Marcus Freeman a Jayden Daniels and watch what happens. Brian Kelly had him and couldnt do shite.
