Travel Roster Question

Hello Everyone,
I have been a longtime reader on TD, and I always enjoy the conversations. I’m very excited about our upcoming opponent Texas, but was just wondering since it is an out of conference game do we still have to abide by the SEC Regulations of a 70 man travel limit? Not that it will matter in the grand scheme as I think our depth across the board is significantly greater than Texas ,but I was just curious how Conference rules and regulations work in OOC games.
