Well, if you're basing whether JJ is a success on whether he wins the NC this year, you've set him a pretty high hurdle. I think all of the last 10 (and probably more) National Champions had a Junior or Senior as QB. Not all of them had a lot of starting experience but they were all upperclassmen. I don't think we have any of those on the shelf right now. And, no, I don't think a red shirt sophomore counts.

Ok.....2 things.
1. The 220 yds thing isnt necessarily dictated by JJ alone. He may not get there because we possibly may have the running game up and running. If we are running the football at will and eating up clock then the passing game takes a back seat. JJ has no control over play calling.
2. JJ could have more rushing yards. The Oline is so terrible that he has to scramble/run more than just drop back and pass.
I'll come back later on to keep the negotiations alive.

betting wise I am. I hope I lose the bet though, I want JJ to prove me wrong. Just because im not a fan of the QB doesnt mean Im not an LSU fan.

I did curse alot lat week but it was directed mostly towards the long snapper

My frustration mostly lies with the playcalling of our RB's being sent up the middle into 8 oncoming defensive guys.

Thats where JJ and the O-Line come in. If he can become a major threat to pass it, they wont load the box which opens up the running game

The ability and talent is there, we have all seen it come together in Atlanta. That's what is frustrating about watching this offense. We all KNOW it can be better.

Hopefully it comes together and clicks today. UGA has a bad defense and if we cant get it together today, I will be very very worried

They are still a talented SEC team. Anything could happen.
I've given this team a pass the last couple of weeks. Now is the time to come to play. If they can't get "up" for this one after what happened last year, I don't know what else to say.

Again JJ's passing numbers arent dictated only by him. They may call more run plays than passing plays.
Same goes for the delay of games. There have been times when Crowton didnt get the play in in time and they dont want to waste time outs. Its not always on JJ.
My proposed terms:
Passing yards 200yds, 2td.....If less than 200 he must have 3 tds to make up for it. so:
200+ yds and 2tds or 199yds or lower and 3tds.
3 Delay of games(Only if its not a result of them looking to the sidelines.)
Fair??? I will do as you ask if you win. If I win, you have to post a pic of you wearing JJ's jersey in your avatar the rest of the season.

Why don't you guys use "fantasy" points? Award/Subtract points for yards (rushing and passing), TD's, INT's Delays of game, etc...
