The problem I have with this shite is stop measuring what you do by when u beat LSU once in a while. Shall we compare history and prestige or can we just leave this shite alone already. If ULL wants to be an LSU go out and win a national championship or..let's start off simple..go to Omaha and get your rep up. I find ULL douches similar to a little brother. Little bro wins one game rarely and when they do you don't hear the end of it and claim it a rivarly. Stop being a poser and go post on a nonLSU site

I'm from Georgia, and I attended LSU for undergrad and grad school, and even I am fully aware of the penis envy that UL-L has towards LSU.
There's really nothing like it anywhere else.

I had retired from this thread, but i had to respond to this comment. The ONLY sport that UL doesn't compete with LSU is football. Every other sport, the competition is fantastic. I'd say not bad coming from an 'inferior' school with not much 'talent'. Academically, 2+2=4, no matter where you graduate from. I've worked with engineers and geologist from both schools for years. Neither are any better or smarter. The biggest problem is, the LSU guy THINKS he is smarter. From what i can see and read on here, its bred into students. As i've said in earlier posts, both institutions are great.

I'll give you good academics..ULL is a decent school, not up to LSU standards but close. But nice campus...come on seriously? The only thing ULL has that is nicer than LSU is their library. LSU's Middleton library is an eyesore. Additionally, your union is laughable and there's a freakin swamp in the middle of campus. Anyone who refers to ULL's campus as "nice" needs to have thier eyes checked!
