Hitting is not our issues. Pitching is our issue. We don’t have a true Friday night guy and we walk too many batters. I like Jay but seems like every year we don’t have great pitching.

About the only way they have been able to hit it not directly at a defender is to just foul it off a bunch

Most teams aren’t though against good pitching. Good pitching beats good hitting every time. It’s just LSU is never as good or lucky at hitting good pitchers as other teams it seems.

This is a great offensive team against below average pitching. They struggle against average and above pitching, which is what they are facing in the SEC.

Which is absolutely shocking considering all the hype about this pitching staff preseason with many talking heads saying this staff had 3 to 4 Ace calibers pitchers on the staff LMAO
