Besides Ala, A&M, S.C., GA, Fla & LSU would have beat ND. And that is what is wrong with 2 best team scenario. ND was at best the 8th or 9th best team in the country.

Further, to accept this BCS product is insulting. Each teams season is over when they cannot make the MNC.......even of that occurs in the middle of the season. By that type of reasoning LSU should not have attended the chicken bowl at all.
Sorry folks all MNC's are illegitimate and do not prove whom the best team is until there is an 8 team playoff. That's just a fact
Using your logic then wouldn't it need to be a 119 team playoff? Everyone deserves a shot right?
