I don't know how many fans would agree, but I don't think that there was much to melt about.

It seemed like after losing to Troy and getting killed by Miss St., we would've never expected to even be competitive with Bama. Why I don't enjoy losing by two touchdowns to them, I still think LSU played the best they've played on all sides of the ball in a couple years versus Bama. We are starting a couple freshmen in key positions and they've grown over the past couple of games.

I know this has been discussed on here and called a moral victory, but I'm now truly curious to see how this team responds for the rest of the schedule.

The SEC rant is like an appendage to this site that thinks it's the brains but it's actually a pinkie you can lose and yet still function normally.

There's a core of freshman and sophomores that are flat out nasty. It's gonna come down to Aranda and Canada staying Lowell and Brennan both stepping up. I would bet we see both play next year. MB may be the starter but Lowell I would bet is given wildcat type packages but where he can throw out of it. We will see who gives the offense the best chance to win.

The SEC Rant should be thankful Chicken even lets them still post here. The SECr had to be made in the first place because Bama fans are inbred retards and wouldn’t stop flaming this board when every other team we played managed to post here like normal adults.

As for the game, we went into a tough home environment against one of the best teams in the nation and played toe to toe with them in the trenches. Our QB and receivers couldn’t make the big plays when needed. Not much else to really say except it’s still a vast improvement from where this team was a month ago
