You're 100% right actually. They do leave because of playing style. We are going 4 and 5 wide and airing the ball out now, and neither of the 2 that are leaving could read a defense or throw under pressure, so their style doesn't fit. They need to be in a roll out, read half the field and take off if the option isn't open type offense.
