The Manning family has had phenomenal success at QB through 2 generations (and maybe 3) and they’re good people.
Yea, they didn’t come to LSU. So what. Neither do 99% of other college players.

He's right though. Holstein has a bigger ceiling than Manning right now. I think Bama knows more about QBs than Texas at this point.
Manning is setup to fail at Texas. Just look at social media and you'll understand why. That university has so much money but year in year out it does dick for them and it's because of that reason right there. Their boosters try to control everything and their culture is fricked up. They anoint him a god before he ever takes a snap and when he trips up, he's finished. There's no way he can live up to the hype surrounding him. He has plenty of potential but how can anyone expect him to live up to it when constantly being compared to his family name on top of Texas pressure?
Ask yourself why Texas continues to fail with every coach they get and lost their blueblood status a long time ago? All that money and resources you can't find success? Hmm. Maybe they should start looking in the mirror for the problem.

Seriously, watch his tape, watch Rickie Collins tape, watch Eli Holstein's tape, and watch Walker Howard's tape, and tell me with a straight face that he is better, not even significantly better like these BS recruiting services have him ranked, than all of them.
