JJ is the best we have, but he needs to be a better leader overall.
I'm pretty neutral when it comes to his overall performance. He may or may not be a great, or good QB when his time is done. And the QB rating will not decide the issue either.

Can we at least agree that JJ being black and me being white has NOTHING to do with the fricking price of tea in China? That's the comment that really got me wanting to mess with you. Of course, your grand-standing about your accomplishments didn't help things either.

As far as the accomplishments go, knowing the level of egos that I work for you have to stick up for yourself on a daily basis to not become someones walk-over...but I can see your point

And it's also fair to say that there is a large portion of "fans" that don't want a black QB. Which is a group you don't really want to apart of imo.

Yeah, didn't want to get into all of that shite but this was one of the reasons I knew he was full of shite. An Engineering Psychologist with NASA is one educated mo'fo. He has studied both the field of Psychology and Engineering. It's quite ridiculous what they know really.

Doesn't matter, the law applies to both public and private sector entities. I know because I used to work for the government and our division caught a lot of hell from the Engineering Board for letting certain people call themselves engineers when they weren't.
