your commentary has 2 major flaws...
1. Why would the SEC want an Alabama vs Florida SEC title game?????
if LSU beats Bama you hold your own destiny to the title game...meaning if you win out and beat Florida in the SEC title game you are almost assured a MNC spot even if TCU, Cincinnati, and Boise State stay undefeated.....You guys are the ones with 2 crystal balls this decade and Alabama has been the step child of the SEC with the exception of 05 and 08.....Maybe we should take a step back to 04 when Corey Webster molestes Keith Brown in the endzone with LSU down 10-6 and if Alabama scores goes up 11 and literally puts that game away or maybe you would like to talk about the Matt Caddell catch in 2007 that was called a catch and then overturned but the same rule would have applied as there was no INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE TO OVERTURN the call....So does the same weight apply there?????
2. Your credentials as an LSU alum and probably big TAF supporter really skews your view as you forgot to take off your Purple and Gold sunglasses before you wrote this article....

I have no faith that the games are called objectively. Not just the SEC but all of it seems to be rubbish. The helmet firs hit on JJ. Nothing. Phantom PI on PP. Then the, "we don't see no stinking interception..."
I think 'Bama played a better second half and is probably the better team. I leave to the Rantards to quarrel about the better staff. LSU did make plenty of unforced errors, the first one when JJ stopped short of sure first down on the opening series...

I guess there is a reason for this site being called tigerDROPPINGS. Nothing but a bunch of crybaby LSU homers talking about a bunch of BS. LSU got their balls handed to them. Stop crying about it and get a coach that will be able to beat Saban without Saban’s players. Roll Tide!!!!!!!

to the poster who stated "lsu did'nt get their chance,not a flame here but c'mon.ya'll got what,9 yards in the 4th quarter against our defense.i was working missed the game,and THAT play.from everything i've read,you could'nt move the ball in the 4th quarter. your team played a great game.it was a good old fashioned slobber knocker.bad calls happen EVERY game,and their have been several that worked to your advantage in the past and you did'nt complaing about those. good luck the rest of the season

EVEN being a ala fan u have to admit way to many calls rolled the tide's way!! Then the big one....screw stats those penalties and calls help Bama gain those stats and they don't win games!!!!
