Is he red-shirted? I thought he showed a lot of promise in spring ball...our only speed at RB.

I thought he would at least be returning punts or KRs.

I really like Giles intelligence and so far good hands on the field for PR, honestly. He seems to know when to fair-catch, when to run, when to avoid the ball. He doesn't seem as much of a threat for 6 points, but he appears to be safe back there.
