I mean he wasn’t gifted that tho part of a coach’s job is getting your arse off your coach and goin out and finding/recruiting good players. Skattebo and leavitt were both guys Dillingham went out and recruited out the portal. Skattebo was a rb from fricking Sacramento state theirs gotta be something to his ability to identify talent if he’s finding future star players from small schools like that. If he inherited those guys I get your point but saying two guys he went out and recruited to build a relationship to come to his program were gifts to him is false

This is why fans don’t pick a coach. Whoever has the best week should be the next hire. But if they lose they are immediately off the list. Half the fan base wants Saban back, same guy that once lost to UAB and ULM.

Never said I wanted him. It’s irrational to base hiring anyone based off of one game win or lose. Kiffin will lose to a lesser opponent this season at some point and this board will lose it’s mind.

It’s one thing to lose a close game this is a straight up arse whoopin to a lesser team. Zero discipline and execution by his team, that’s on the coach.

Like I said, Saban lost to UAB his first year at LSU. Was that not on the coach? People like you would’ve dismissed him and ran him off based on that terrible loss and he never would’ve won a championship after.
