I love how he screwed up 1 game and he was sat on the bench for the rest of the year...

look at his career stats against bama...it ain't pretty. in bama1 he looked lost, confused and overwhelmed and threw two careless picks. the staff had seen enough. he lost his starters position....jj didn't take it.

All it takes is JL's dad to say nothing about the BCSNCG to set off the rant.

Going out on a limb here, but this seems like a very emotional issue for certain Tiger fans.

jl got his shot and screwed up royally in the first bama game. no one OWED him anything after that

But it's not alright to take JJ out when he screws up royally?

Well bengalboy, the staff must not evaluate the QBs using the same criteria because the Thug would have never seen the field in the second half of the Georgia game. Or the second half of the BCSCG for that matter. JL looked pretty good against Bama last year. I am glad the drama is over and I wish JL the best in his pursuit of a pro career.

Part of the problem was both JJ and JL were asked to play too early due to bad QB recruiting by Miles. Both were not ready as FR.

The problem is that JJ wasn't really ready to play as a Junior or Senior.

maybe some of the jackasses on this board will someday get this very simple fact. the staff makes their calls based on performance and track record...

Really?

Well then, in light of what happened in the SECCG, the events of Jan 9th are even more inexplicable, aren't they?
