We all know now what we have suspected since the end of the 1st half of the 2005 Tennessee game, Les is in over his head, way over his head.
But Joe Alleva is a spineless wimp who is incapable of dealing with controversial issues and Lombardi doesn't care, he has other fish to fry.
The most important question is simple, is the program heading up or down, we all know the answer. If we had a strong man in charge of the AD we woulod know that buyout money is chump change. The only question is "do you have someone better lined up"? Nothing else matters.
Don't fire Les until you have a real improvement in your pocket, only idiots do that.
