Well the handling of this need to be rememebered because this much attention to a bar fight is insane and the D.A. and Police Cheif need to be replaced asap.
There is a ton of real crime going on in BR and this simple bar fight between a bunch of drunk guys being guys is a waste of taxpayer money and time, not to mention making the city and state look like bad in national media. Great job guys! Glad my tax money is being well spent on this childish bullshite!

It would be malpractice if he did NOT say, "If there is anything incriminating in your home or vehicle, it would be very, very bad if we consented to a search OR if they execute a search warrant." There is no suggestion of illegal activity - that's good, quality legal advice.
Now, the question is: Did they consent to search? Or did the authorities execute a warrant? The reporting all stated or implied it was a warrant. IF there was incriminating evidence still in JJ's apartment on Wednesday after the incident the previous Thursday/Friday - he doesn't watch enough television and movies.

What I'm hearing is not only is someone currently involved with the DA's office but SUPPOSEDLY his family has a long history of working in the DA's office of Baton Rouge. It COULD actually go as deep as his family being tied to judges and Nathan Fisher is VERY aware of it. Just saying.......
