We have started slower than any other team in the SEC by a lot and, looking at things nationally, are 3rd to last in the country in yards per play in our opening drives.
Yikes

I don't see how you retain anyone who has had a hand in this and call yourself serious about playing winning football.

Not surprising when 95% of the pass plays are passes to well covered WR's already behind the sticks and you are counting on them to break tackles to get to the 1st down marker. Most of the plays were stopped short or often behind the line of scrimmage. Then if they were not doing that, it was either a run for little gain or the o-line allowing Nuss to get sacked for a huge loss on 2nd or 3rd down.

This has been the single worst job of game planning across a representative sample size that I can remember.
Sloan is quite literally a fricking hack, good guy by all reports and probably a decent quarterback coach at this level, but diabolical on the headset. If Brian Kelly truly fought to retain him in his current position then it was his way of trying to be fired.

LSU has also lost 12 straight coin tosses, I heard, which seems statistically impossible. We have had to take the ball to start the game and mostly gone 3 and out.
