They need to go ahead and finish fricking JJ up this year, and yalls comments help so keep it up, then put Shep in for the bowl game so they can have all of next year to frick him up

Scoop, the best non-LSU ranter, keeping it real.

And Jefferson was the Off MVP of the Peach Bowl with an outstanding performance.

TOMM: Still no "Peach Bowl" since your posts earlier today...It still was (and is) the Chick-fil-A Bowl. We got T-shirts and everything!

Does you NOT knowing the name of LSU's bowl game (played less than 10 months ago) qualify under YOUR definition of "blatant ignorance?"

Gotta go run some errands but please, don't let me stop the mindless, delusional banter. But psst, saying the same garbage over and over, at the end of the day, those opinions are still trash.

Well, I'm of the opinion that LSU will NOT lose tomorrow...

Our qbs need to un-frick themselves if they ever want to be professional athletes.

and probably worse field position unless you're one of the morons so scarred from last year that they think any interception WILL be return for a touchdown or at the very least past the original line of scrimmage. EVERY. frickING. TIME.

No, can't be one of the "morons so scarred..." I mean, watching J. Lee last season was painful at times, but I didn't suffer actual flesh wounds that left me with any permanent marks.

I will admit that I was among the thousands of fans in Tiger Stadium who were so "scared" whenever Lee passed the ball. I wouldn't call those die-hard, paying customers "morons," however.

I don't know why you all keep saying this. He set the NCAA record for most passing yard by a Freshman QB. Interceptions are part of the game. He just made more because he's young.

Uh, Lee doesn't even hold the LSU record for most passing yards by a freshman QB. The 2-A record he did set last season was for most interceptions returned for touchdowns (seven).

Think about it. Of every human that has ever lived, died or is still alive, Lee's the only one to do that. Not that I hate or even dislike the guy. And I don't blame last yr's disappointing season on him; he wasn't trying to throw poorly, he worked and played hard, and he probably suffered more than anyone.

I played (survived, really) less than 2 yrs. as a DB at a D-2 school, and for each of the 4 INTs I had in 13 gms., I was burned at least six times. I was a decent back-up QB in high school, but if I played QB at ANY college, I'd probably break his record in my first 8 passes.

It's just this season is different. JJ showed great promise in the final 3 games after Lee was done, and JJ earned the starting job this yr. Plus, R. Shepard has the ability to add a much-needed new dimension to an offense that's really hurting, and we have 6+ games to go.

Yeah, he was sacked 4 times in his 1st start vs. ArKansas, but still managed to be LSU's leading rusher (net 50 yds.). Against Ga. Tech, he was sacked twice for 12 yds. lost, but still had 25 net rush. yds.

And those rushing yards are what made him a dangerous QB ... if the play broke down, he could run. That seems to have disappeared from his arsenal this year. Looks to me like someone's trying to make JJ a pocket passer when he has no pocket presence.
