I was told by players that Miles practices were alot easier than sabins were.

I was told that he likes to spell his name "Saban" ... if you're going to suck him off, at least spell it right.

How the frick could ankles and knees be due to conditioning? I have to hear this

"The knee is actually very strong," said Dr. Ed Laskowski, co-director of the Mayo Clinic's Sports Medicine Center. "It can handle most physical extremes. We're all playing sports at a higher level than we used to. We're bigger, faster and stronger. All things considered, it's a very strong and stable joint."

"I don't know how many times I've had skiers tell me that they were hurt on what was going to be their last run of the day," Laskowski said. "It's muscle fatigue. At the end of a weeklong ski vacation, the muscles surrounding the knee can tire, and this can increase your injury risk."

Umm no conditioning has absolutely nothing to do with someone tearing an ACL or MCL or breaking an ankle or getting a concussion. Sorry if that is news to you

what injuries are a result of poor conditioning

So explain what was wrong with positioning and technique on each of these guys' injuries.

Also explain why its taken 7 years for Miles' poor conditioning and techinique to manifest into injuries?

And genetics play a huge role in it too. Should we start blaming the family tree too? Again, we have one of the best S&C guys in the business.

Way to go find a quote.

Weak muscles surrounding the knee are not the reason someone gets a torn ACL from someone rolling over their leg you fricktard.

This quote says the muscles can fatigue from over exertion and can lead to injury from continuing to over use it. That doesn't explain a 300 +lb OL rolling over a players leg or a 245+ 'b LB tackling you at your legs and having one bend in a bad direction.

You are confusing correlation with causation. the doctor failed to mention that if a 300lb man rolls on your ankle at the wrong angle, bones break.

I do not think the rash of injuries are coincidence.

That's not an explanation. Explain how Kwon's ankle, Blue/Faulk's knees, Williford's concussion has anything to do with conditioning.

Where were the rash of injuries the past 7 years?

Hasn't Alabama lost 3 guys for the year already as well? Explain how "Sabin's" conditioning and technique didn't prevent those injuries?

maybe they are not in that position to get hurt with the proper technique, position and conditioning. Do Saban's teams have less injuries?

Proper technique and positioning don't have anything to do with conditioning
