Ok...you got me. His career batting average is .201. But he batted .174 last year. .174! And I’m sure that’s inflated by feasting in non-conference opponents. No improvement from one year tonthe next. A giant step backward.
Y’all get my point. He’s awful at the plate and y’all know it. LSU deserves more than what Hughes can offer. In the long run he is a black hole in the lineup.
