Mine has done great at the games. When he gets too bored he just plays a game or something for a few until we score a td, then he's all excited and back into watching again. Guess it just depends on each kid's attention span. One thing I always do is explain to him before hand that we don't leave til it's over. That way he knows not to ask to leave.

Great ideas here, thanks (outside of the douche thinking I am a pedophile with my own son)...

It's a statement that is either abusive or homoerotic. Says a lot about your personality.

You got that right. Some retard rantards are just sick with their efforts at humor.

On a positive note, your post brought back tremendous memories of father-son bonding experiences through LSU football over the years. As an LSU Alum whose career took me way from LA for the last 30 years, I ade it a point to fly back to BR at least once a year with my son to have him experience a game day since he was 4 years old. Some of my greatest memories with him wiggling in pure joy on my shoulders so he could see the team, then the Band and Golden Girls marching down the hill. And he never got too tired at the game. Always wanted to stay to the end. He fell in love with LSU and The state of LA so much he ended up a "legacy" student and Alum.

The trick is food. Start with popcorn, move to dip n dots, move to hamburger, move to cotton candy and a minute maid lemonade frozen drink. Ive been taking my 4 year old to small games for a couple years.

That's awesome....wish we could get more alumni to move back to Louisiana.

So glad to hear so many people's kids enjoy it. Mine's 3 and I've been trying to decide if she's ready. Sounds like it's time to find out!
