UGA:
Jordan just sucked. couple that with some early run blitzes that we struggled to adjust to, and it was just an awful half of offensive football.

Our offensive line was getting blowed up. You did see what happened at Bama when Lee had pressure? Jefferson was not playing well but no offense is better than turning it over. Les chose to ride it out and make adjustments at halftime. It seems to have worked OK.

I would expect more of the pumped up, playing out of your mind, giving it all you got defense that Arky and Georgia brought in those games as well as the first Bama game. That is what we saw from those teams.
I am believing that Coach is worried about not having Lee in the title game and is working to that end. He has to let JJ remain at the helm and lead this team to victory.
The short fields did hurt and his first few passes were off. When they got a first against Georgia it was wiped out by a penalty. They could not block well against the DL of Georgia as the running backs kept getting clogged up at the line.
Getting the turn overs and short field at the beginning of the second half helped the offense immensely. If you do not recognize that fact then you are not being objective.

We started slow against Bama when we played the first time. Our first 4 drives were punt, interception, punt, field goal. While Bama drove into our territory on their first 4 drives.

Uhhh dude Lee has 3 INT's the entire year and his INT's have cost LSU a grand total of 3 points. JJ has cost LSU 2 points with his Intentional grounding in the endzone.
I will take Lee's offense over JJ's no offense any day!

Why dont you post JJ's numbers versus Tenn or Fl versus Lee's.
The 2008,2009 and 2010 stats have no relevance different Bama teams and players than this one.

The only way you guys are going to move the ball on us this time is to open it up with some passing. If you can't throw it some, you can't beat us. I'm pretty sure we'll be ready for the JJ option play like you'll be ready for the TR screen or dump off. Both were major mistakes and everyone watching the game new it.
My guess is that Lee will come in and get some PT in the 1st half as part of the plan to keep us off balance. Watching Les not play JL during the UGA game could be setting us up to not prepare for him.

Nice post. I agree with everything you said. Both teams will need a balanced attack to win. McCarron will have to be more effective than he was in Nov. We will need both QBs to beat you.
