The funny part is we kind of already do
We pay higher insurance premiums than anywhere in the country because insurance pays out shite loads to Gordon and Dudley/Dubosier, etc. … who then are our biggest NIL funders

Really? Louisiana has poor infrastructure, bad schools, etc., but you wan taxpayers to be accessed a tax to pay football players. As a taxpayer I don’t want to pay for someone else’s student loan, much less pay LSU players.
