We are undefeated and number 4 in the country. They are not always pretty, no matter who you are
The nation looks at us being #4 as a joke. We haven't proved or shown much of anything positive to suggest we don't get bombed the next 2 weeks. You really can't tell me there is anyone who wouldn't want Saban back instead of Miles if we had the chance. It's not going to happen, and I am not going to harp on it, but you know deep down it is true & most of us truly do fear Saban is setting up a monster @ Bama.

I do not want Saban.

As far as the perception of us being No.4, can you name a team that deserves it more?

1. Florida
2. Texas
3. Alabama
4. ???
5. ???

4. Boise State
5. Va. Tech

Hell, for that matter...TCU and USF should be ahead of us!

Just because you feel that way does not mean everyone feels that way. I do not want Saban back and I would not take him over Miles given the opportunity. The only reason yall have a penis-envy for Saban is because when yall think of him yall think of LSU not being the bottom dwellers of the SEC anymore. When yall think of Miles yall's only thought is of last year. Yall completely rule out that he set a record for best 3 year start for an SEC coach in history that he had before that. We have only had one game so far that had good conditions for the football game and that was ULL. Every other game was raining, sloppy, and extremely late. Who wouldn't be sluggish in those conditions. PLease support your damn team or go support someone else like Bama if yall are so in love with him. I'm going to stick by the coach that stuck with us and didn't on Christmas Eve. Miles turned down a dream job and what does he get? You rantards who supposedly are always smarter than everyone else.

The big picture is that our definition of solid has completely changed. Under Saban, everyone was completely fine with 9 wins a year. With Miles, they expect 11 or there is chaos.

Let's put it this way- Do you feel LSU could truly beat all the teams NOT ranked 1-3??

va tech got a gift against neb. boise st gave up a ton of yards and points against fresno st.

tcu beat a clemson team that i think will end up being weak when it's all said and done. usf beat a schizo fsu.

i'm not buying any of those teams ahead of lsu

from what i've seen of college football so far, without a doubt. those teams look stronger because most of them have a weaker sos

if miles left would i want saban back? who are my choices?

if miles is still here would i want the administration to court saban. definitely not.

IF saban were to consistently put up 10 win seasons at bama, that would be unprecedented for him. had he stayed, lsu fans would have eventually gotten tired of only winning 10 games on occasion

I have been a die-hard LSU supporter since the days of Charley Mac, so I have seen & supported the Tigers thru the good, bad & in-between, so spare me the rantard bullshite. I have no choice but to support Miles, since he is our coach, but I see problems with the team. Look at our talent!! Why do we always seem to play down to the talent level of whoever we play??. Can't you see what has happended over the past couple of years?? Screw the penis envy bullshite also, if you asked 100, a 1000, whatever, people around the country & gave them a choice...how many would truly pick Miles over Saban?? We should re-talk this in another 2 years to see how LSU & Bama turn out...

there were "problems" with the team when saban was here.

how is it possible for someone to get so romanticized?
