Correct me if I am wrong, but I remember Shep running a variety of different plays in the spring game, and it seemed like he knew what he was doing.

Are the "learning the playbook" rumors really true, or a convenient excuse for Les?

Shep needs to be a slot player - not a QB ( put him in one position - Gonzo's job), and Randle is a freaking stud who had a good freshman year. Are you blind, crazy, or just stupid?

How could a real LSU fan say that these two players are overated? How stupid are you? They played with a sub par line and a sub par QB that didnt complement them! Go root for Tennessee or something!

Lets hire Meyer or Saban because all we can do at LSU is WIN!

Saban has never lost a college football game. This is an unrefutable fact.

-The Rant

BTW, I was very impressed with Randle, especially towards the end of the season. Once Shep is finally moved away from QB, he should be fine.

"Once shep is finally moved from QB"............I love how everyone is ready to throw Shep under the bus at QB. Let me ask you something really quick? Which pass completion of his are you referring to that wasn't up to par? the one for 0 yards or the other one for 0 yards. HE HASN'T HAD A CHANCE TO PLAY QB YET!

I don't see how u can say either way. I don't think Miles will play them for about another yr. unless a senior gets hurt! He wants to be a good coach but u have to play your best players. ask Meyers.

This threads overrated. Any fool knows both are gifted talents. Any one that has a clue knows that they will get their shot. Just like impatient children gotta have it now.

Shep not playing QB. Maybe "Wild Tiger" but not QB. Let it go.
