If the defense falls to a rank of about 70 or 90 for about 4 years you may have a point. No way in hell the defense sucks that bad.

You clowns are clueless.

Scoring is the main objective of any offense and LSU lead the SEC just last year in scoring, but you clueless wonders see that as sucking.

A fine example of this would be the 42 pts in the SECCg vs UGA when the offense put up 250 yds of offense (and 30 passing yards on 5 of 13 attempts)

A good offense means you can turn it on when necessary. Against good defenses, that offense was exposed.

You can thank Chavis and special teams for last season, though the red zone offense was much better than this years.

I'll bet you folks turn on Chavis soon.

None of that changes the fact the offense you claim to suck was the #1 scoring offense in the SEC and scoring is the #1 mission of any offense.

Your claim that the #1 scoring offense in the SEC in 2011 sucked only shows your lack of reasoning ability and understanding of the game.

.

You and Rickybaby must be related. Same simpleton tactics.

You two clearly are in denial, and that's ok. One more year of this shitty offensive play and your head will have to come out of the sand.

The 2011 offense dominated vs shitty competition and was exposed against anything with a pulse. You can clearly lay a lot of reasons for blowout victories at the feet of Chavis and Thomas McGaughey

In three games vs Bama and UGA last year, the offense averaged 190 yards a game. That's pretty inept.

One rush for 19 yds against bama.

Gee, one around the end in that game at some point (like the 4th qtr) would have been fine. Clemson as well.

I saw him play in HS. Could EASILY have thrown on a run/pass option to the outside from the wildcat.

Coaches waste - pure and simple.

Wish him well - he never complained and represented LSU in fine fashion.

Any saying the #1 scoring offense in the SEC sucked is the king of simple.

Now, you are resorting to making up crap.

Those panties are in a real wad, right.

The NCAA ranked the LSU 2011 SOS at #1 in the nation.

That shitty competition was BCS ranked @2 Alabama twice, BCS ranked #5 Oregon, BCS ranked #6 Arkansas, BCS ranked #16 Georgia, BCS ranked #23 WVU, and BCS ranked #25 Auburn.

In the games LSU won aganist those top 25 BCS teams, LSU won by an average of 23 points.

The more you say the more clueless you expose yourself to be.

As much as I hate to say it shep just wasn't that good. He was a 5* that everyone knew bc of his HS ranking. Many of our guys have as many or more big plays than shep. Nobody on this team has had as many different ways to get the ball as shep.

I don't talk shite about players but when he is telling kids to go to a rival school he loses that privilege. And I don't think I'm talking shite to be honest. Just not sugar coating it anymore.

The dude wasn't as billed. He had some good plays but for every good play he had multiple bad plays.

You need to step back and look at this objectively. Why give him the ball more when hill, Landry, obj, Hilliard, blue, etc are better? You don't take carries away from your productive Guys just because shep is a crowd favorite.

And the 7 yards per carry... Please. He'd make a big run and be stopped around the line of scrimmage most of the game. 20+2+2+2=26/4=6.5. I'm aware that those weren't always his numbers. I'm aware that he has had longer that 20 yard runs. But he had a lot of tackle for losses as well. And drops.

You don't give the dude a bulk of the carries hoping for a big run here and there. Not when we have guys earning that right on a consistant basis. If we settled for all those line of scrimmage runs over and over y'all would be bitching about why the other players weren't getting the ball.

This isn't about miles. I'm not defending him. Idk why hill didn't get more carries. HE actually deserved them. Shep didn't. He got more than his fair share of chances to showcase his talent. You ever stop to think that miles was so predictable with shep bc that's all shep was good at? I mean consistently. Bc shep may catch 1 deep ball doesn't suddenly make him a deep threat. Especially with as many he has dropped.

You can make a highlight reel of 1RB and be longer than sheps entire career. That's the simple facts. Don't try your deflection bullshite with me. "Oh you're defending miles", "oh you're mad at shep bc of the A&M comment". If you can't dispute what I've said with facts then STFU.

I'm not trying to belittle shep, but I think yall are belittling our other players by thinking shep deserves more time when he hasn't proven to deserve it.
