looking at the history of the sport, which of these 4 teams (Oklahoma, Mizzou, Arky, Tulane) do you think has the best shot of being really good and making it a massive game more often than not?

that's obviously OU.

that game stands a chance of being one that the entire country will care about and watch in any given year.
not because of the "rivalry", but because of the potential implications of the game.
