It's true. While at the time the 11/5 game was huge, bama dominated in the rematch. We will get them this year though.
And LSU had some minor miracles in 2003 and 2007 to get into the NC games so I don't write off what bama did as a fluke. LSU had an unbelievable season in 2011, and couldve made a case for the best season of all time, but got squarely beat in new Orleans by a team that just played better. Bama is the legit 2011 national champs.
Lsu will be the 2012 national champs.

I was in Pensacola all last week and there were lsu fans everywhere. They were even singing the fight song on the trolley. It was nuts.
