My logic was flawed in that I was unable to predict the most dramatic regression since Justin Vincent.

True

When this thread was made, Jefferson wasn't the problem. This was right after the first game when ge played pretty well.

Then vandy happened.

Jefferson consistently posts better stats than Flynn.

Wonder what ever happened to that thread?

He threw two td's against unc's 2nd string defense

Hasn't thrown a td since that game.

Yup.

I was still comfortable with Jefferson after UNC.

I currently have no confidence in any QB in our system (any of them).

To Tlsugger, that makes me a JJ lover, and a JL hater.

But it will happen.

I would wager he throws at least 4 more before the season is out.

I think most "JJ haters" were saying that the UNC game was skewed because of their depleted ranks. Now that we have a better data set, JJ is, and has been the problem for the offense for the last two years.

Agreed?

OL was the problem last year.

JJ produced last year.

JJ was no superstar, however.

After witnessing an OLine that is producing the top SEC, and limited sacks, and J being the worst QB in our history; there is no way you can blame them for JJs limited ability to read defenses, check down, and getting happy feet last year

How was the running game last year? How many sacks has JJ taken this year vs. 09?

Really hard to make an argument that the OL was not AT LEAST 60% of the problem last year.

Wow. This is really sad. Some people just can't let go of the belief that JJ's performance last year was perfectly fine. It's like they are just psychologically unable to face the obvious.

If JJ throws for -10 yards tomorrrow, it still will not be his fault. That is one thing I am certain of from his apologists
