He's a phenomenal QB developer. Can coach the frick out of an offense.

Keep current Defensive staff and let one of those guys assemble their offensive staff.

Some people are mentioning Mullen too. Me personally, I've never been impressed with him even if he coaches at State. And I absolutely would be against a Kiffin hire.
