in the NFL they rush but its not often that they actually go all out to block a field goal or punt. not that it doesnt happen but they seem to try less

NFL receivers dont go all out for sure and nba players dont run the floor near as hard as college players

Until the playoffs start, NBA players don't play all out till the 4th quarter. NBA is a terrible example of professional athletes giving it their all.
