Such a viscous head shot required a forced 20 second concussion check. Good thing these players are so safe

this was the most interesting part to me, Fitz NEVER hit his head, and they were trying to make it seem like White made some insanely vicious hit that injured him. Felt really fixed

the question is: why was concussion protocol enacted? There were no signs of a concussion or is it required whenever a targeting penalty is called? Is it written in the rule book that whenever a targeting penalty is called that the person who is the object of the targeting will under go concussion protocol?
