And the SEC offices are located in Alabama to...the people who work there all live in Alabama (Alabama fans?). Referring to the current bridge schedule, the development of it wasn't transparent coupled with the fact the other good SEC teams received schedules perceived to be more difficult than Bama's, sometimes MUCH more so, has opened the SEC scheduling process up to criticism not just from other SEC folks but the national media also. LSU among others is requesting a transparent scheduling making process.

I made this post in April, thus it does in include information from the 2014 schedule released this week.
I have the scheduling patterns in an Excel sheet if you have questions.
