Problem with this basketball team

We lack a true point guard and a true big man. When you don’t have either in college basketball you will struggle. I believe Will Wade has done the best he can with this crew. I actually enjoyed watching Bishop in a true point guard role at the end of the second half. Call me crazy but I believe his minutes should be boosted.

Me and another buddy have gone back and forth on which of those positions this team needs more. I personally think PG, but if comparing Waters to KBW, youd have to take Waters, but if it were someone a little more average than Waters was, KBW would make this team a whole lot better.

I think that will improve drastically next year. This year is far from over but those 2 problems should be fixed.

A true point guard can make everyone better no doubt. A guy who can shoot big time, drive, and have the vision to dish. This would be different with one.

Will Wade doesn’t deserve a pass on this team. They play horrific defense and the holes on the roster are 100% on him.

I disagree, a team that loses its defense late in season has a coaching problem. Fundamentals should be taught and then practiced. Laziness is a bad habit that's probably allowed during practice.

Thats what happens when your sackless AD suspends your coach before the NCAA Tournament.
We would have likely landed a wing player that went to Memphis if Wade wasn’t suspended until May
ETA: Lester Quinones, averaging 11 a game. Would have been a nice addition. Was leaning LSU until the Alleva fiasco
