I think there were a number of factors that lead to the rating -
Sunday afternoon on ABC with little competition
Caitlyn Clark is a generational player and the Iowa team was a nice story
The LSU brand power. Period.
All of the star power in the game - Clark, Reese, Morris and Flau'Jae and Coach Kim Mulkey
The women's game has really changed. So fun to watch. So many awesome players and good storylines.
