I am pretty sure they leave PP21 mostly on a island and rotate coverage to help the other side. The Cardinals have 2 good safties in Kerry Rhoades and Adrian Wilson. However if Early Doucet would've been able to keep their feet they could've won that game they had all the momentum on their side till that play where he fell down.

A rookie starting CB on a bad team with no training camp. I don't think his future as a CB is in jeopardy just yet.

SFP just likes to argue, doesn't care how little sense he makes.

Sfp is dead on, on this subject. Pp is an elite athlete, average at best cb.

It has been proven all year long, he can't cover a nfl receiver man to man like many scouts said prior to the draft.

He will be moved to safety before its all said and done IMO.

From what I've heard/read from Cardinal fans, Peterson may make a transition to the offensive side of the ball...as crazy as that sounds.

Would be so dumb. There are plenty of DBs who can play WR, not many WRs can play DB. Let him learn how to play corner in the NFL and he will blow up. Aside from situational offensive plays it would be dumb to remove him from corner.

i think he's given up the most yardage of any CB and is #2 in penalties

He really stuggled early in the year but has come on strong at the end of the year.

Not many guy come in and just dominate as a rookie corner, especially in today passing version of the NFL

i don't think they should give up on him after this year, but if he doesn't make major improvements next year they need to move him. FS should be his best position

I have watched every Cardinal game this year. I advise anyone whom considers you as a knowledgable poster to realize that you are full of shite. As a NFL corner PP has
Elite speed
Elite ball skills
Elite agility
Average hips.
He is top 15-20 as a pure cover corner as a rookie, sky is the limit.

All of that shite you posted, nothing to back your argument. The numbers say it all.

I'm in no way bashing him, I hope he turns into the greatest corner of all time. I just don't see it.

Take his penis out of your lips, and maybe you could see things for what they are

Sounds like he would make a great safety.

I've watched every Cardinals game I could this year, and from what I've seen, he's been solid.

He's consistently matched up against the other team's best receiver, and I think he's been solid in coverage.

This is coming from someone who thought he was overrated as a cover corner coming out of college.

Most of the games I watched were during their winning streak.

at this moment he is an average cb playing in the nfl. he has definitely improved throughout the season. i can see him being good next year and very good in his 3rd year as a probowl shutdown corner. if pp goes back into the draft again, he would still be top 10.
