And to answer some idiots question, Manning is a great QB, and a better pro than Martin, Dilfer will never sniff the HOF, and Jones was probably the best QB ever to play here. But what the hell does any of that have to do with my contesting all along that yall are praising Russell as the greatest of all time, here or anywhere else,Dumbass! I think Rohan was better than Russell, for the racisct idiot also. Bottom line, I don't think Russell is as good as yall do, period.

for me, hears the rundown on JR, he played almost 3 seasons at LSU, 1ST season was a learning season with Marcus Randall, 2nd season should have seen marked improvement and the job was his outright, but he played so so, making a lot of mistakes.
3rd season I was looking for him to really dominate, and he didn't dissapoint in those first 3 games before Auburn, he shredded those teams, only to baffle me by not shredding a average Auburn D, then go back to dominating other teams and look avg. again against UF.
No doubt he is a great talent, but those games stand out for me, I'm sure you guys will say the O-line wasn't up to par, and the refs stole the AU game, but the fact remains Russell's great talent should have overcome all that, it left me feeling bittersweet.

In actuality, I believe that dogging on a LSU player who was a class act on and off the field gives LSU a bad name. I pretty much view you as pathetic. I don't see any of the people arguing for Russell calling Flynn stupid or diminishing what he did on the field for us. We just don't think Arkansas being worse than last year or Pitt making the upset of the century means that Flynn>Russell.

Huh so what should they be judged by?
Can't be wins since that is a team output.
So is total points scored.
Can't be championships since those require luck.(If Pitt doesn't beat WVU we aren't winning a MNC this year)
