I promise you that Miles' leash is not nearly this long. The NC gave him the benefit of the doubt, but if he has another two years like the last two without the 2005-07 seasons mixed in to offset, he'll be gone.

Three years removed from his NC is too short of a grace period before firing him. I'd say if he hasn't produced another 10-win SEC Championship season before 2012, it's time to cut ties.

I don't why everyone is so riled up. Miles is clearly the best oh LSU can get
