O is exactly what we thought he was

Excellent recruiter. Not a good head coach.
He was able to recruit Burrow and bring in an excellent Burrow compliment in Joe Brady.
The only way O would be able to have consistent success is to strike similar gold every single season as he did in matching Burrow and Brady.
As we can see that’s not something that will happen. The best we can expect from O is the roller coaster ride of up and down seasons throughout his time here.
