NIL Payments Public Knowledge?

Will these payments be public knowledge or is all the money being paid behind closed doors?

I just can't see this lasting very long and expect some kind of government intervention.

This has taken the last amateur sports and made them professional.

If the NCAA wasn't so obsessed with keeping all the money these players made for them, you probably wouldn't see things be as wild as they are. This benefits athletes across all programs anyway. I'm not upset someone can make extra money on the side just because they have a talent.

The only thing the government is going to do is make sure they get their cut from the players.

I think it's great the players are getting a piece of the pie. But it has to be systematic and fair to all institutions, for the same reason MLB prevents the New York Yankees from buying a championship every year.
