Her comment about picking Starkey's brain was in response to a dumb-arse question by the Reveille reporter (SHOCKING that would happen). He asked something about what Bob's role would be on the new staff or something like that, and she didn't want to come out and say "Bob isn't going to be on my staff", which everyone else in attendance already knew, so she just said some nice things about him.
