More reason for officiating to be done and regulated on an NCAA level instead of at the conference level

This honestly needs to happen, because all conferences are cheating for their top teams, not just the sec. But the sec just went crazy this year. We arent blind though. The last time I saw sports cheating this obvious a bunch of NBA refs went down soon afterwards (Dwade v dirk heat v mavs, nba finals/season)
